We are looking for amazing writers ready to see their words come to life. We want to work with people who love collaborating with others while welcoming feedback. Each room will create a script for one of our current projects. Each writer will be credited on the final script.

The length of your samples does not matter. However, please submit samples that convey your ability to tell a complete story. We are looking for characters with unique voices and perspectives. We are looking for plots/situations that leave us wanting more. Submit the work that truly shows off your skill as a writer.
NOTE: If you are applying for an animation spot, we strongly advise including at least one animated script/scene as a writing sample.

Why the submission waiver?
To protect your work and Imagine Nation Studios. We will only review submissions with signed submission waivers.
Is this a paid gig?
Not upfront from us. The scripts created will be pitched and all writers will receive credit for each script they write on.
Every writer chosen will have the opportunity to submit one original project for consideration to be produced by Imagine Nation Studios.
What are the next steps?
We will review each submission and contact every writer with our decision.
If we need another sample we will reach out.

Can I submit for more than one project?
Yepp! Use the check box on the application to indicate what project you want to be considered for.
What is the time requirement?
Each room will have anywhere from two weeks to a month to produce a final script. Meeting dates will be decided once the writers are finalized.
We anticipate that each script will require around 20 hours of work per person.
